TOKYO GIRLS’ STYLE will be revealing “Stay with me”, their 1st single since they proclaimed that they would be graduating from being idols and moving forward as artists after the spring of 2015. The song will be played for the first time on February 18, 2015 at 8:00pm (JST) on FM FUJI’s “Asta Radio*”. The radio broadcast will also be available on TOKYO GIRLS’ STYLE’s official USTREAM channel so you can hear it live from anywhere in the world!
The lyrics for “Stay with me” were written by Miyu Yamabe and can be seen on her Instagram account. She describes the lyrics as expressing many painful feelings and hopes that many people will be able to identify with them.
Leader Hitomi Arai sings the lead vocals as the other 4 members sing backup. Mei Shoji plays the main character in the music video. For a small sample, here is the web spot for the song.
“Stay with me” will be released in 4 different versions.
Type-A comes with a DVD that includes the music video for “Stay with me” and a making of video. The DVD for Type-B has “TGS fly in the sky -Vietnam and Thailand ver.-” on it. Type-C and Type-D are CD only versions. Type-D does not include the “Say long goodbye -Vocal Only for REMIX-” bonus track on the other versions and is only available at TOKYO GIRLS’ STYLE events or online at mu-mo.
